C++ Software Developer

Required work experience: 3+ years

We're looking for a C++ Software Developer to join our development team. This position will suit mid-senior' level developers with a minimum of 3 years experience.

At this position you will:
  • Participate in the development of end-user applications and various tools for data production
  • Write clean modular code, providing proper documentation when necessary
We want you to have:
  • Minimum 3 years of strong C++ experience
  • B-level English knowledge

Junior Backend Developer

Work experience not required

We are looking for junior programmers. You may still lack actual experience in commercial development, or, on the contrary, have some experience behind you, but the main thing is to have a good base, be ready to learn and quickly master something new. We, in turn, are ready to spend our time on your training, pay for your additional training courses and index your salary as you gain experience, so that you are happy to remain a member of our team for many years - we are playing for a long time and we want to work even on the hardest tasks brought pleasure.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Participation in the development of software products and services for our customers
  • Writing and revising existing software utilities
  • Creation of clean program code with the necessary documentation
What are your prospects:

As you gain experience, you will be able to specialise in one of the following areas with at least twice the compensation rate:

  • Middle Backend software developer

Freelance IT Recruiter

Required work experience: 3+ years

We are looking for a part-time HR recruiter 2-3 days per week. As we take on new projects and onboard clients we are currently in need of two new backend software developers - junior and mid levels.

In this position, you will:
  • Identify efficient sourcing strategies & channels
  • Manage posting, sourcing, and hiring pipes
  • Build and manage relationships with passive and active candidates: you’ll get to know and understand their motivations and strengths, you’ll get them excited about Theyr, and ensure that they have the candidate experience that makes them want to join our company.
  • Coordinate offer process and negotiate offers with candidates
  • Track and monitor key metrics, report on recruiting efficiency
The ideal candidate:
  • Self-motivated
  • Experienced in IT / Technology recruitment
  • Proactive and strong communication skill in Russian
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High capability of working independently
  • You will need to demonstrate that you can have access and source the best candidates
What we offer:
  • You have a standard fee of RUB 640 with a bonus for finding the right candidate.
  • Remote work / out of our Rostov-on-Don office, 2-3 days a week.
